This consultant has worked extensively as a psychologist within commercial, legal, clinical and public environments.

Following the achievement of an Honours and PhD in Psychology along with a Masters of Clinical Neuropsychology, this consultant studied relevant postgraduate legal and criminology courses to achieve a Masters in Criminology.

They have previously worked as a consultant corporate psychologist for multinational professional service firms as well as global psychological consulting firms, as a forensic psychologist dealing with insurance and workers compensation matters, and as a consultant neuropsychologist at a Children Hospital’s Learning Disorders Clinic.

Since 2001, they have been the founder and director of an independent practice offering objective clinical neuropsychological and forensic psychological assessments for individuals, attorneys and businesses. They provide clinical neuropsychological assessments for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, NSW Legal Aid, WorkCover, Victims Services and Aboriginal Legal Services, among others.

This consultant has a particular interest in child psychology. They provide parenting capacity assessments to the Children’s Court of NSW as an Authorised Clinician. This involves assessment of situations where children are living with complex needs and/or with parents at risk of causing emotional abuse, sexual abuse, physical abuse or neglect.

Complementary to these achievements, they also conduct professional development seminars on subjects such as domestic violence, neuropsychological disorders and brain trauma to attorneys through the Crown Solicitors Office, the NSW Bar Association and the NSW Law Society.
