ID8109 has worked as a psychologist for over three decades. He attained of a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Psychology from an Australian University and later a Masters and Doctorate in Psychology from an Australian University.

His in-depth knowledge of workplace injury matters and behaviour management has led this expert to apply its principles to situations involving workplace safety, in the hopes of shifting inadequate and dangerous work culture procedures. He currently runs his own independent consulting firm and conducts assessments of workplace behaviour and investigations into incidents.

Education and Experience Highlights

Following the awarding of the prestigious University Memorial Medallion, he continued as a Teaching Fellow, lecturing to the Master of Arts Degree students. In this capacity, he taught students about the scientific analysis and management of human behaviour. He ran and practised at three different psychological clinics while teaching, to allow students practical experience. These were the Clinical Psychology Unit at an Australian University and various rehabilitation hospitals. Complementary to this, he was also one of the founders of the Australian Behaviour Modification Association and its chairman for eight years.
