Paul Heath appointed new CEO of Expert Experts and ECA - Earning Capacity Assessments on Bruce Smith’s judicial appointment

Our CEO and one of our original founders, Bruce Smith, was recently appointed a Judge of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.

His commission takes effect from 12 June 2018.

Bruce had confidentially discussed this possible career change with the key stakeholders in the business over an extended period of time and had handed over key responsibilities so that a seamless transfer could occur if he was appointed.

Bruce has now resigned and Paul Heath, our Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed the new CEO of Expert Experts and ECA and business will continue as usual.

Paul Heath is a solicitor with more than a decade of practical litigation experience gained with national firms in a range of practice areas and has been a member of the Expert Experts team since 2006.

Expert Experts and ECA thank Bruce for his work over the last 17 years and wish him all of the best in his new career.
